The Wellness Cocoon is a soft, comfortable space where the air pressure is gently raised — like resting a few metres below the surface. You breathe normally, lie back, and let your body enjoy 60 - 90 minutes of calm.
Brain TheraCamp™ families often add Cocoon sessions to their intensive week as a way to wind down between coaching sessions.
It's also available as a standalone booking for anyone who wants dedicated recovery time.
Some clients enjoy doing gentle exercises or listening to guided activities during their Cocoon session — others simply close their eyes and rest. There's no wrong way to use your hour.
